All Levels Yoga takes students from movement to movement at a slower to moderate pace. This class is more physically demanding than Gentle Yoga, but allots more time to cuing and breaking down postures than Power Yoga. You'll print a broadside (a poster, basically) set by hand from JCBA's collection of historic wood and metal types while we give you a brief introductory immersion into the fascinating and venerable craft of printing.
