She holds an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis and an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in Florida, New Jersey, and New York and is a diplomate in clinical social work (DCSW). She completed a two year post graduate training program in structural family therapy and person of the therapist with Harry Aponte, ACSW, in Philadelphia, and she has had extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy at the Ellis Institute in New York City. Dr. Suttenberg teaches BSW and MSW level courses as a member of the faculty at Florida Atlantic University’s Sandler School of Social Work. She has a private practice and years of clinical experience and training.
