My Dashboard
Enhanced user experience on My Dashboard, which includes a new feature, “Daily Class Schedule”.
Daily Class Schedule
Active students will see a bird's eye view of their daily class schedule on "My Dashboard" of MYFAU.
Daily Class Schedule Breakdown
• Date Picker (1): Students can select a specific date using the dropdown. Once a date is chosen, the system populates student’s enrolled courses for that day.
• Classes (2): Where classes, or other messages, will populate depending on the day selected.
• Weekly View (3): Alternatively, students can access a comprehensive weekly overview that directs them to this link. There, they can review their entire week’s schedule.
Daily Class Schedule Breakdown
• Class Start Time and Duration (A): We display when the class begins and how long it lasts.
• Class Name and Location (B): Next, we show the course name along with its physical location—campus, building, and room.
• Map Button (C): If the course has a specific physical location, users can click the Map Button. This action takes them to the Interactive MYFAU Maps, which points to the corresponding building.
