UPDATE: The Identity Management System and the related services have been restored and everything is working as intended.

We are experiencing a service outage with our Identity Management System. Our team is currently working to restore the service. As a result of the outage, password resets are not working and new accounts will not be provisioned until the service has been restored. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

- [RESOLVED] Network Stability Issues – Jupiter CampusThe network stability issues on the Jupiter campus have been resolved and stable network connectivity was restored around 4:30.
- Network Instability – Jupiter CampusThe Jupiter campus is experiencing network instability again affecting connectivity to the internet. OIT is currently working to resolve the issue and restore network connectivity to normal.
- [RESOLVED] Network Instability – Jupiter CampusThe network instability issues at the Jupiter campus were resolved around 8:40 a.m. this morning. OIT has been monitoring the situation and has not seen further disruptions in the network after that time.
- Network Instability – Jupiter CampusThe Jupiter campus is currently experiencing intermittent network connectivity following a power issue this morning and OIT is currently working to stabilize connectivity.
