Join Campus Rec at the Social Sciences Building SO-44, Room 114 for an exciting yoga class, in partnership with The Robin Rubin Center For Happiness & Life Enhancement within the Sandler School of Social Work.
All Levels Yoga takes students from movement to movement at a slower to moderate pace. This class is more physically demanding than Gentle Yoga, but allots more time to cuing and breaking down postures than Power Yoga. This relaxing and challenging workout is a combination of breathing, muscular strength and endurance, balance, coordination and other stress-management techniques.
