Join your peers and a certified mindfulness expert on Zoom from 12 – 12:30 p.m. every Friday and reap the rewards of guided group meditation. These sessions are brought to you by the Robin Rubin Center for Happiness and Life Enhancement in the College of Social Work and Criminal Justice and are open to students, staff, faculty, and community members. Use these 30-minute meditation sessions each week to reconnect, reenergize, and recommit to yourself as you wind down your work week and transition to the weekend!
