Gameday Information Announced for Men's Hoops
BOCA RATON, Fla. -- The Florida Atlantic men's basketball team is set for its much-anticipated home opener at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena on Tuesday night. The 10th-ranked Owls, coming off last year's historic run to the Final Four, enter the night on an 18-game home winning streak and are 1-0 to start the 2023-24 campaign.
Tuesday's game versus Eastern Michigan tips at 7 p.m. ET, and those not attending can watch the game on ESPN+ or listen to the broadcast live on Fox Sports 640 South Florida.
"Obviously this is a night that our team and our staff has been anticipating for quite some time," said Vice President and Director of Athletics Brian White. "I know Head Coach Dusty May and his team are excited, but it's been an incredible time for our entire department in preparing for this season. We can't thank our fans and our incredible students enough for creating one of the best atmospheres in college basketball and we look forward to seeing everyone again as we run it back."
While a complete Gameday A-to-Z Guide is available here, fans should note the following items about attending a game Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena:
- It was announced this fall that all season tickets were sold out for 2023-24. With nearly a quarter of the arena reserved for FAU students, tickets were in high demand coming off last season's historic campaign. A limited number of tickets may be available each home game based on returns from the visiting team. Emails will be sent by the Department of Athletics first to its preexisting ticket lists when those tickets are available.
- Arena gates open 60 minutes before tip for both FAU students and non-premium ticket holders. Those holding tickets to the Red & Blue Lounge will be permitted 90 minutes before. Patrons are encouraged to use clear bags to help expedite entry into the arena and should familiarize themselves with the list of prohibited items on the Gameday A-to-Z Guide.
- Additionally, to further expedite entry at the gates, patrons are encouraged to access their tickets through their Ticketmaster account and download to your smartphone prior to gameday.
- Concessions will be located both inside main arena lobby and directly outside the arena adjacent to the main entrance.
- The parking lots adjacent to Baldwin Arena open 90 minutes before tipoff. Free general parking is available in Lot 10 (east side of arena) and Lot 15 (across the street from Lot 10). Donor parking is in Lot 14, and only those pass-holders will be permitted in that lot. Tailgating is permitted in lots, but patrons should familiarize themselves with tailgating rules on the Gameday A-to-Z-Guide.
- Student ticket information was announced Sunday, and information on a game-by-game basis will be communicated to FAU students by the Department of Athletics.
In addition to Tuesday's home game, the Owls remain home Saturday night to welcome Bryant at 6 p.m.
