BOCA RATON, Fla. – Florida Atlantic Athletics, in conjunction with LVL Up Fitness and Baptist Health South Florida, is hosting "Train Like An Owl" on Saturday, May 25 from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
The event, held at LVL Up Fitness on 21759 State Road 7, Suite 2, Boca Raton, Fla. 33428, will include a 45-minute workout in the style of an FAU student-athlete as well as multiple guest speakers on the importance of physical fitness, recovery, and nutrition.
