BOCA RATON, Fla. - Inside the Owls Burrow, hosted by Florida Atlantic's Frank Forte, airs weekly on Bally Sports Florida. The newest episode airs on Thursday, Mar. 7 at 11:30 a.m. and again at 6 p.m. There will be two additional airings on Friday, Mar. 8 at 11 a.m. followed by one on Saturday, Mar. 9 at 11:30 a.m.
Featured this week is a preview of the nationally ranked beach volleyball squad's season. Viewers will have the opportunity to "Get to Know" basketball's Johnell Davis with teammate Alijah Martin asking the questions. In "Wired for Sound," go inside basketball practice with Brandon Weatherspoon.
The show will catch up with former Owl baseball pitcher Mickey Storey who enters his sixth season as manager of the Houston Astros Triple-A affiliate. Storey attends spring training just north in West Palm Beach.
Plus, the show will take an inside look at Owl football's offseason strength and conditioning program under Coach Joey Guarascio.
