This event offers an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to engage in energy healing practices that promote relaxation, balance, and overall wellness. The session is led by certified Reiki practitioners who will introduce participants to the principles of Reiki and guide them through a collective meditation and healing experience.Event Details:Purpose: To provide a safe and supportive space for participants to explore Reiki healing, reduce stress, and enhance their mental and emotional well-being.Format: The event begins with a brief introduction to Reiki, followed by a guided group meditation. Participants will then receive individual Reiki energy healing in a circle formation, with each person having the opportunity to both give and receive energy, depending on their comfort level.Audience: Open to all students, faculty, and staff, regardless of prior experience with Reiki.Duration: Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.Location: A quiet, comfortable space on campus (e.g., wellness center, yoga room, or a reserved classroom).Materials Needed: Comfortable seating or yoga mats, soft lighting, and calming background music. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring water.Benefits:Promotes relaxation and stress reduction.Encourages mindfulness and self-awareness.Fosters a sense of community and connection among participants.Introduces participants to alternative wellness practices that they can incorporate into their daily lives.
