Join us for a special evening as we celebrate the beginning of the new academic year with a Welcome Back Shabbat Dinner, hosted by the Hillel Jewish Life Center in collaboration with Student Activities and Involvement. This Shabbat dinner is a perfect opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet new faces, and immerse yourself in the warmth and traditions of the Jewish community on campus. Whether you are a returning student or new to the university, everyone is welcome to share in the joy and tranquility of Shabbat.



The evening will feature a delicious, traditional Shabbat meal with a variety of kosher dishes to cater to all dietary needs. We will observe the beautiful rituals of Shabbat, including lighting the candles, reciting the Kiddush, and breaking challah together. This will be an opportunity for engaging conversations and a sense of community as we reflect on the past year and look forward to the year ahead. Special guests and speakers will share inspiring stories and words of wisdom.
