OIT Systems Maintenance, Thurs. May 18 from 12:01AM to 7:00AM
Office of Information Technology will be performing routine systems maintenance which includes but is not limited to rebooting Windows servers as deemed necessary, installing critical patches and other health checks on Thursday, 05/18/2023 from 12:01 AM to 7:00 AM during OIT maintenance window. In addition, the following systems will be specifically impacted:
Disaster Recovery Testing
Description of change: OIT will perform disaster recovery testing on the wired and wireless network in preparation for hurricane season.

RDS Licensing Server upgrade
Description of change: OIT will perform a Windows OS upgrade on our Remote Desktop Licensing Server

Affected services: This change will have an impact on any services using the server for remote desktop services, terminal services or VDI.
End-user impact: Faculty and Staff using the remote desktop services, terminal services or VDI.
Banner program change
Description of change: OIT will create a new Banner program to populate Workday payroll accounting adjustment records into Financial Aid College Work Study table
